I hope its not meaning extra characters cause only 2 is garbage.....I noticed they released Shadow Battle 3 for 80 MSP when they should be free

I could see why a spectator mode would be desirable. Does SSFIV have one? I know DoA4 had one, but DoA4 wasn't exactly all that smooth in terms of online connections.
