Starfe and the Chris Houlihan Room (A Link to the Past)

So, I'm sifting through the Internet to try and find the earliest mention of the Chris Houlihan room in A Link to the Past. I stumbled across an article on this site and it mentioned a user by the name of "starfe", which I had heard of early on a video that hypothesized Chris was never a real person. Regardless, "starfe" was mentioned in the article as if it was name dropping the president as someone I was assumed to know. Well, I have no idea who he is and I was wondering if someone could help point me in his direction?
