I'm playing white as well, but I don't have my DS on me. I'll grab it when I go home on my lunch break, and I'll post my current progress.

I literally just got the second badge. I find grinding in this gen to be more difficult then previous gens, which I guess is a good thing.
 
Nice! Yeah, it's a bit difficult! I've been grinding on Audinos in Pinwheel Forest. Just run back and forth along the edge of the grass and when you see a shaking patch, approach it! It's usually an Audino. They give about 500 - 1200 exp depending on their level!
 
ooh, that'll definitely speed things up. I'M OFF TO PINWHEEL FORAST!

Audino exp farming is kinda cheap cause you get a fuckload experience but its hard to find shaking spots later on in the game

grinding is alittle harder cause ive kinda noticed there are less trainers
