Nintendo asked Capcom for Mega Man to be in Smash Bros, (not the other way around) and apparently jumped through numerous hurdles to save Bayonetta 2 from being cancelled. They get hell for rehashes, but they're really the least egregious offenders on that front as well(There were 2 Halo console games for every console Zelda, 3 Uncharted's per Metroid in the same time period etc etc).

Their gimmicks never just sputter like Kinect and Move and they always try to find fun ways to use their hardware.

They're the last true heroes of video games.

And they will easily outlast Microsoft and Sony in the console market for that reason. This is Nintendo's bread and butter, so to speak. While Xbox is only a part of Microsoft, just as Playstation is just a part of Sony. Nintendo REALLY is all about the games, and all about FUN. I seriously can't think of any Nintendo developed games in the last few gens that were actually bad games (surely some were not targeted to me, and that's fine, but they weren't 'bad').

Can you imagine if Ninty convinced Capcom to let them make a new Megaman game? IMAGINE

what i like about nintendo is that while sony and microsoft are always trying to take life outside of gaming and integrate it in....nintendo tries to take gaming and integrate it into life
 
I don't think Logan still feels the same way anymore.
 
It makes me sad to think that one day,Nintendo will be gone. I know they will put up a good fight and they have for all of these years. I want to say that I think that they're making moves to stay in the game (see what I did there?).

The good thing that they have going for them is the fact that kids LOVE Wii games! I LOVE Wii games! I love the activity and health benefits! I lost 15 pounds in a month by doing Just Dance every day for 2-3 hours! It's fun, healthy, and energizing.

Either way, Nintendo, you are loved and will always be loved in my household. <3
 
Nintendo has risen from the grave thanks to the success of the Switch and Breath of the Wild. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will push the Switch to much greater heights and Nintendo will live on for much longer.

Or something.

Yeah, I paid $70 for mine and it was pretty ridiculous. Funny that these pro controllers are getting scalped too. Then again the dock which is nothing more than plastic and a PCB is $90 sooooo
 
i bought the ugly splatoon controllers for lauren for legit 20 bucks about a year a go no fuckin joke
 
Mario Party and Mario Golf are good games.
