I agree excersize helps, and dieting, here is my recent bicep (I lift occasionally)

myeh, I have no measuring tape so i can't really say, they aren't really too big
but my one rep max is at 50-60

mine arent really that strong either i can do like 3 reps of 100 on a barbell, dunno my one rep max though

wow 3 on a 100 barbell curl? I haven't tried it yet, I want to though, I haven't been lifting lately though, I am pretty lazy when it comes to that.
