Game Series I want to be Finished

I dont know if someone has ever made a thread like this but Im too lazy to look so I wanted to make a new one because Im thinking about these games. You ever play a game and they say its going to be a trilogy or have a sequel or whatever and the company goes bankrupt or the first game didnt do good so they abandoned the idea? Well I was thinking of two:

Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth

and

Advent Rising

Really wish they made more. Im sure there are others I want too but couldnt think of any so I made this thread to see if you guys had any.
 
Shadowrun could have become an incredible series had the developers not shut down the week after the the first game's release.
 
Remember when all the Duke Nukem fans wanted that new game they'd been promised?

How'd that work out for em?

I can think of more games that KEEP making sequels that I want to end.

i kind of want them to make another condemned also...2 ended on kind of a cliffhanger. are they making a third one?
 
Not really a series, but I want a new Jade Empire.
