Unless there's a fault on the line going into the house in which case they will need to get a different engineer to come out and look at it.

Well it's kind of sort of fixed a little bit. It's a bit faster. I can watch stuff on Twitch where I couldn't before. Some guy came and moved some wires around. It might speed up on its own some more over the next few days. If not they'll send another guy 'cause it's still nowhere near as fast as it should be.

But, hey, progress.
 
Well it's gone up to about 7mbps down. Progress!
