This one is a toughy, especially with not recently hearing some of them.
Between Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, I'd probably give Majora's Mask the edge mostly because of the field theme. The last 6 hours of the game also had some nice spooky music, and you can't forget about the ghost music that plays while you protect Romani Ranch. OoT had way better ocarina songs though.
Link to the Past had some good musics too, but besides the main theme I'm having trouble remembering most of them off the top of my head.
Wind Waker seemed to have similar music to OoT, just enhanced/remixed.
Skyward Sword had more orchestrated music which most was great, but not sure if it will be as rememberable.
I would say my favorite is Majora's Mask, but I'm not sure if my recent play-through of it has just influenced that decision, so I will leave this up in the air for now.
