New server is up and running. Ive transferred all the files over, however they dont work currently.

The PSN api is working fine on new server, so currently gamercards are pointing at that server for psn information. So hopefully there shouldnt be anymore problems there, but please post if there is.

More changes and testing need to be done on server before switch.
