It only works if the information is on Sony's servers. If you go on to Sony's website and sign into their playercard do-jobbie, or whatever they call it now, can you see your recent games, trophies, etc?

Yeah this hasnt updated in a long time. At first I thought it was only registering games that had platinums but I just plat'd Mass Effect 3 and nothing changed. Not sure how it updates or what.
