Job Interview!

Hey guys I got a job interview at 1pm today for an IT Manager/System Engineer position.

Good luck! The best advice for any interview is to be super confident without being cocky.

That's a pretty tough thing to do, as I'm pretty modest when it comes to this kind of thing

60% eye contact and NEVER answer a question that might portray you in a negative light.

I'm as introverted and shy as they come, but you gotta figure out a way to break out of your shell, even if its just for 20 minutes or so for the interview.

Yeah, I did it.

Basically we just went over my credentials and what the job wanted, which I didn't have fully but neither did the other applicants. He said there were 2 other applicants I believe.

It's a management position and is salaried. And might also be somewhere else entirely.

So he's got to talk to the head of the IT department, which may be a few weeks, and ask him what he thinks, then he'll let me know.

He said he would let me know regardless of which way they decided, but if I don't hear anything after I get back from my trip, I will follow up on it.

Well looks like I'm going to get this school job as they called me back for another interview tomorrow.
