I think fighting games might be my least favorite genre, but still can be some good times.

remember how you needed an olympic sized room to use it. I remember having to position myself between bed and wall which was like a foot and half of space, but at least it gave me somewhere to collapse after the massive jumping fits for Kinect Adventures

What did I mean by this? Can't remember. Gears 3 was pinnacle good times. Gears 4 and 5 have been mostly trash as far as story goes. Gameplay has been okeh.

That announcement trailer both feels like it was just yesterday and also 5 years ago.

I think if the building aspect was more fleshed out and you built/restored towns/communities or whatever, that would have been neat. I thought that was what they were going for from the initial trailer.
